摘要
以纳氏试剂比色法为基础,同倍比缩小样品体积以及所需试剂的体积,并对其分析测试步骤进行了适当的调整和改进,在多功能酶标仪上进行比色分析测定氨氮含量。分别对两种氨氮浓度(0.5 mg/L和2 mg/L)进行了8次重复性测试,相对标准偏差(RSD)为7.5%和3.6%,水样加标回收率在96.5%~106.1%之间。方法可以为微量水体的氨氮含量的确定提供依据。
Ammonia nitrogen is an important index for monitoring the water environment in China, all levels of monitoring sites will test the project. The ammonia nitrogen in water can effectively predict and reflect the water pollution situation, it is of great significance to the assessment of the water quality and the function of the water. According to the State Environmental Protection Administration prepared " water and wastewater monitoring the analysis method" (Fourth Edition ) 〉 Nessler's reagent colorimetric method, the same percent reduction of volume of sample and reagent was used, and the analysis steps were adjusted and improved, this paper achieved a rapid determination of ammonia content of trace water in the sample. In this paper, two kinds of the concentration of ammonia nitrogen (0.5 mg/L and 2 mg/L) were repeated 8 times the test, with the RSD(relative standard deviation) 7.5% and 3.6%, respectively, showed that this method has good repeatability. The research results can provide the basis for determining the content of ammonia nitrogen in micro water.
