摘要
应用ICP-MS对乌苏里江、松花江的圆顶珠蚌肌肉中的Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Cr,Fe,Mn,Ca,Na等9种金属元素进行了对比分析,考察了不同水环境中生活的圆顶珠蚌对金属元素的富集情况差异。用微波消解法预处理,用硝酸作为消化液对样本进行消解,利用碰撞池的技术消除分子干扰,检测标准物质系列,校准曲线线性相关系数在0.9991~0.9998之间。利用加标回收的方法评价了方法的可行性,分析海带标准物质各元素回收率在82.3%~101.9%之间,相对标准偏差在3.8%~9.2%之间(n=7)。乌苏里江圆顶珠蚌肌肉中的Cu,Pb,Zn,Cr,Cd含量小于产自松花江的圆顶珠蚌,Ca,Na,Fe,Mn元素在两条河流中分布差异不大。
Nine metal elements include Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr, Fe, Mn, Ca and Na in the Unio douglasiae from Wusuli River and Songhua River were compared and analyzed by application of ICP-MS. The pretreatment method of microwave digestion was employed to for digestion method of samples. The linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curves were from 0. 9991 to O. 9998. The recoveries of the method was used to evaluate the feasibility of the method and the values of kelp standard material for each element were 82. 3% ~ 101.9% with the relative standard deviations in 3.8% ~ 9. 2% (n =7). Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr and Cd contents in the mussel of Unio douglasiae from Wusuli River were less than those from Songhua River, while Na, Ca, Fe and Mn elements in two rivers showed little difference.
