摘要
为了保护野生艾蒿资源,以带有侧芽生长点的野生艾蒿茎切段为材料,采用植物组织培养方法,对艾蒿茎切段的分化和生根培养进行了研究。结果表明,0.1%的HgCl2浸泡6~8min对艾蒿茎切段灭菌有较好的效果。6-BA和IAA分别是艾蒿茎切段芽诱导和生根培养理想激素,而茎切段在MS+0.5mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L IAA的培养基上培养,侧芽能较好萌发生长,生根多并且快,21d时的增殖系数可达8~15倍。
To protect wild Artemisia argyi resources,axillary bud differentiation and rooting with the stems of Artemisia argyi as explant materials were conducted by tissue culture technique.The results showed that the explants sterilized with 0.1% HgCl_2 for 6-8 min played a satisfactory sterilizing effect.6-BA and IAA were the optimum hormone for differentiation and rooting of tube seedlings,respectively.The ideal rapid propagation medium was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA +0.5 mg/L IAA,in which the buds could grow more vigorously and the root grow more quickly,and could be proliferated by 8to 15 times cultured for 21 days.
