随着课程改革进程的逐步加快和完善,教师教学方式、课程管理模式、教学模式以及课程内容等都发生了极大的变化。中职教师需要顺应实际教学改革的发展变化,努力完善教学管理体系,更新教学理念,提升教师队伍质量和整体素质,全面推动现代化课程改革发展进程,满足新课改要求。

With the gradual improvement of curriculum reform process, teachers’ teaching methods, curriculum management mode,teaching mode and curriculum content have undergone great changes. Teachers should follow the development of the actual teaching reform,and strive to improve teaching management system,update the teaching concept,improve the overall quality of teachers,and comprehensively promote the development process of modern curriculum reform to meet the new curriculum requirements.
