摘要
近些年,我国事业单位发展迅速,有了很大的进步,但是在发展过程中还存在着一些问题。人力资源管理对于事业单位的长久发展具有重要作用,通过分析我国事业单位人力资源管理存在的问题,提出解决事业单位人力资源管理问题的相关对策,从而推动事业单位的健康持续发展。
In recent years,China’ s public institutions have developed rapidly and made great progress,but there are still some problems in the development process. Human resources management has played an important role in the longterm development of public institutions. By analyzing the existing problems of human resources management in public institutions,the countermeasures are put forward,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of public institutions.
