随着档案信息化的建设,有效推动了档案管理质量的日益进步。采取新型的管理手段,能够将档案的收集以及整理水平加以提升,从而使档案信息达到真实的目的。利用档案信息化的管理形式,将档案信息潜在的价值加以提升,为更多的人员带来方便。而相关工作人员需要熟练掌握档案管理的整个流程,进而促进档案信息化的不断进步。
The construction of archival information has effectively promoted the improvement of the quality of archives management. To take a new type of management tools can be able to improve file collection and finishing level. The use of archival information management form can enhance potential value of file information and bring convenience for people. And the relevant staffs need to master the entire process of file management,and thus promoting the continuous progress of archival information.
