中职院校运用实践性很强的教育模式,是理论与实践相结合较为紧密、教学时间紧凑、就业针对性强的面向社会的技术性人才培养摇篮。因此,对中职院校学生的教育管理与素质教育密不可分,甚至在一定程度上要更加强素质教育。目前中职院校的教育管理现状,素质教育的理念在中职院校中如何具体体现以及中职院校怎样加强素质教育,值得认真探索。

The use of highly practiced educational model in vocational colleges is the cradle of the training of socialoriented technical talents with a combination of theory and practice as well as compact teaching time. Therefore,the education management of students in vocational colleges is inseparable to quality education,and it needs to strengthen quality education to a certain extent. At present,the current situation of education management in vocational colleges and how the concept of quality education is embodied in vocational colleges and how to strengthen quality education in vocational colleges is worthy of careful exploration.
