大学生就业问题始终是学校和社会关注的重点问题,大学生面对就业会产生心理迷茫,而就业指导的出现可以强化大学生的思想政治教育。各大高校在大学生的就业指导中开展思想教育,首先要明确就业思想教育的目标,有效转变就业思想教育教学的模式。在就业指导中强化大学生的思想政治教育,是为了增强大学生的思想政治教育觉悟,提升实效性。

The employment problem of college students is always the focus of colleges and society. Psychological confusion will be caused in the face of employment,and employment guidance can strengthen ideological and political education of college students. To carry out ideological education in employment guidance of college students,we must first clear the goal of ideological education,and have effective transformation of ideological and educational teaching model. To strengthen the ideological and political education of college students in the employment guidance is to enhance the awareness of ideological and political education of college students.
