The ＂Internet ＋ ＂ has brought opportunities and challenges for all sectors of society. As a library of information transmission centers in colleges and universities,we should adapt to the new forms of cultural development.We should ensure the increase in the number of electronic resources and the usage amount in library. By analyzing the current situation of the utilization of electronic resources in colleges,this paper puts forward an effective way to improve the utilization rate of electronic resources under the background of ＂Internet ＋ ＂.
