Analysis on the management and control of construction cost

随着城市化进程的不断深入发展,各个城市的房价也在逐年增高,人们的负担也在加重,为了稳定房价,我国相继出台了一些利民政策,建筑企业要想从中获利,就一定要把好建筑质量关,从建筑工程的造价管理入手,对其进行分析。通过分析我国建筑工程造价管理工作现状,探讨了建筑工程造价的动态管理,提出了建筑工程造价控制与管理的具体措施,希望可以进一步推动建筑行业的可持续发展。

With the continuous development of urbanization process,the prices of various cities have increased year by year,and so does the burden of people. In order to stabilize housing prices,China has introduced a number of policies,and construction enterprises should take a good quality of construction in order to make benefits. By analyzing the current situation of construction cost management in China,this paper discusses the dynamic management of construction cost and puts forward the concrete measures of construction cost control and management,hoping to further promote the sustainable development of construction industry.
