稻草发酵产纤维素酶响应面优化

Response Surface Optimization of Cellulase Production by Rice Straw

摘要 试验利用稻草液体发酵生产纤维素酶,经响应面优化显著性分析得出:纤维素酶的3种组成酶中,羧甲基纤维素酶受发酵条件影响最大;起始pH、麸皮和稻草粉3个因素中,起始pH对酶活影响最为显著;最佳因素水平为:起始pH 4.7,稻草粉6.3%,麸皮2.8%。 In this study, production of cellulase by liquid fermentation of rice straw, through the significant analysis of response surface optimization, the results showed that in the three enzymes of cellulase, CMCase was the most affected by fermentation conditions; In the initial pH, wheat bran and rice straw powder of three factors, the effect of initial pH on enzyme activity was the most significant, and the optimal level of the factors was the initial pH 4.7, rice flour 6.3% and the wheat bran 2.8%.
