小麦麸皮阿魏酸的分离纯化工艺研究

摘要 试验研究了不同大孔树脂对水溶液中阿魏酸的静态吸附-解吸行为,并探讨了吸附流速、上样液中阿魏酸质量浓度和pH对阿魏酸吸附的影响及乙醇体积分数、洗脱流速对阿魏酸解吸附的影响。结果表明:HPD100型大孔树脂对阿魏酸的分离纯化效果最好,其最佳工艺条件为:阿魏酸最大上样量18.33 mg/g树脂,上样液质量浓度330mg/L,pH 5.0,吸附流速1.5 mL/min;洗脱乙醇体积分数50%,洗脱流速0.5 mL/min。 The adsorption-desorption behavior of macro porous resin for ferulic acid in aqueous solution is studied, and discussions are made on the effects of adsorption velocity, femlic acid concentration in the work solution, and pH on the adsorption of femlic acid and the effects of ethanol con centration, elution flow rate on the desorption of ferulic acid. The results show that the HPD100 macro porous resin has the best separating efficiency under the following conditions that the maximum absorption capacity of ferulic acid is 18.33 mg/g resin, ferulic acid concentration in the work solution is 330 mg/ mL, pH is 5.0, and the adsorption velocity is 1.5 mL/min; The ethanol concentration is 50%, and the elution flow rate is 0.5 mL/min.
