摘要 优化黄芪多糖的带式干燥工艺。在单因素考察的基础上,选择干燥温度、干燥时间、进料速率和履带速率4个考察因素,以水分、干燥速率和黄芪多糖含量的综合评分为响应值,进行响应曲面分析。结果表明,最优干燥工艺参数为:干燥温度85℃,干燥时间105 min,进料速率55 r·min^(-1),履带速率5 cm·min^(-1),在此条件下,得到水分为4.56%,干燥速率为2.92 kg·h^(-1),含量为71.55%,综合评分为98.706 2,RSD为1.1%。采用响应面法优选的工艺稳定可行,可指导产业化生产。 Optimize the vacuum belt drying process ofAstragalus polysaccharides. The composite score of moisture content, drying rate and content ofAstragalus polysaccharides was used as the response values by response surface methodology with heating temperature, drying time, feeding rate, and belt speed as the main factors on the basis of single factor experiments. Results showed that optimal parameters were as follows: the heating temperature of 85 ℃, the drying time of 105 min, the feeding rate of 55 r.min1, the speeding of belt of 5 cm'min--1. Under this condition, moisture content of dry extract was 4.56%; The drying rate was 2.92 kg.h'l; The content was 71.55%; The composite score was 98.706 2; RSD was 1.1%. The condition optimized by response surface methodology was stable and reasonable, which could guide industrial production.
