摘要
研究了牛骨肽预防骨质疏松的作用。摘除SD雌性大鼠双侧卵巢构建骨质疏松模型,灌胃给与生理盐水、牛骨肽,灌胃5周和11周时CT扫描观察骶骨、11周时扫描电镜和病理切片观察骨小梁并检测血液生化指标。CT扫描、扫描电镜及病理切片结果显示,牛骨肽100 mg/kg组大鼠骨密度比阴性对照组大鼠骨密度高。血液生化指标结果显示,牛骨肽100 mg/kg组大鼠与阴性对照组大鼠相比血钙含量明显高(p<0.05)、骨钙素含量低(p<0.05)、碱性磷酸酶酶活高(p<0.05)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶酶活高(p<0.05)。牛骨肽对去卵巢大鼠具有预防骨质疏松的作用。提示绝经女性服用含有牛骨肽的保健品可以预防和改善骨质疏松。
Study the function of bovine bone peptide in osteoporosis. Female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into an ovariectomized group and a sham operation group. Saline and bovine bone peptide were administered orally 2 weeks after operation. End of the experiment, CT scanning, scanning electron microscope (SEM), pathological section and blood biochemical parameters were examined to characterize the experimental animal model. Bone mineral density of the bovine bone peptide 100 mg/kg group was significantly higher than the negative control group (p〈0.05) which was showed in CT, SEM and pathological section. What was displayed in blood biochemical parameters was that compared with the negative control group, the concentration of blood calcium of the bovine bone peptide 100 mg/kg group was higher distinctly (p〈0.05); The content of osteocalcin was lower (p〈0.05); The enzyme activity of alkaline phosphatase and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase were higher (p〈 0.05). The osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats could be prevented with bovine bone peptide. As for menopause female, the expectation of inhibition of osteoporosis may be realized with bovine bone peptide.
