摘要 为掌握蓝药睡莲热风干燥过程中水分变化规律,研究了在不同温度条件下蓝药睡莲的干燥特性,并建立了热风干燥动力学模型。结果表明,随热风温度的升高,蓝药睡莲的干燥时间缩短,干燥全过程可分为加速、恒速和降速三个阶段,且失水主要处于恒速阶段。此外,通过分析发现Page方程更适合于拟合热风干燥蓝药睡莲,经验证,预测值与实测值的拟合度较好,模型可较准确地预测干燥过程中的含水率,为睡莲花干燥过程的控制提供了理论依据。 To master the change laws of water of Nymphaea stellata Willd. in the process of hot-air drying, dryingcharacteristics of Nymphaea stellata Willd. were studied under different temperature conditions, and to establish the dynamicsmodel of hot-air drying. The results showed that with the increase of air temperature, the drying time of Nymphaea stellataWilld. shortened; The drying process could be divided into acceleration, constant rate and falling rate periods, and water losswas mainly in constant rate stage. In addition, it was found that the Page equation was more suitable for fitting hot-air dryingNymphaea stellata Willd., proven that predicted dates and the measured dates were nearly accordant. The model could beused to accurately predict the drying process of the rate of water content, providing the theoretical basis to lotus drying processcontrol.
