Synthesis and Optical Property of a Fluorescent Probe for Cysteine

摘要 合成了一种新型的半胱氨酸(Cys)荧光探针,能够专一性识别Cys而不受其他生物分析物的影响;该探针本身无色,无荧光,与Cys作用后,紫外吸收光谱蓝移约20 nm,荧光强度增强200倍,荧光颜色由无色变为深蓝色,可实现裸眼观测。 A novel fluorescent probe for cysteine was synthesized successfully and displayed high selectivity toward Cys in the presence of other biorelevant analytes. The free probe was colorless and non-fluorescent. Upon addition of Cys, the probe exhibited about 20 nm blue-shift in absorption spectra and about 200-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement, which had an apparent color change from colorless to deep blue and could serve as a "naked-eye" probe for Cys.
