摘要 多糖广泛存在于自然界,是一类重要的生物大分子,具有多种生物活性。多糖结构对于其活性发挥起着极为关键的作用。多糖的结构修饰对于揭示多糖的构效关系具有重要意义。通过概述多糖接枝修饰和降解修饰的具体方法,综述了近年来运用各种方法对多糖的修饰情况,以及对其生物活性的影响等相关研究进展,可为今后开展多糖结构修饰、活性研究及进一步开发应用多糖提供参考。 Polysaccharides were widely found in nature, are an important class of biological macromolecules, with a variety of biological activity. Polysaccharide structure played an extremely important role in the activity of the polysaccharide. The structural modification of polysaccharides had important significance for revealing the relationship of structure and activity of polysaccharides. In this study, the methods of graft modification and degradation of polysaccharides were summarized, the recent use of various methods for modification of polysaccharides was reviewed. Furthermore, the research progress of its influence biological activity was also reviewed. This may provide a scientific basis reference for further studies concerning polysaccharide modifications, activity of polysaccharide and the comprehensive developments and utilizations of polysaccharides.
