摘要 近年来,养牛业的发展日益兴旺,砷制剂作为一种常用饲料添加剂,可以刺激动物生长,提高饲料利用率,还可以减少饲养动物感染细菌、病毒和虫害的几率。但砷制剂的滥用会导致牛肉砷残留,人食用摄入而对人体健康造成危害。因此有必要建立高效可靠的砷制剂检测方法。而目前牛肉砷残留检测方面,气相色谱前处理比较复杂,而高效液相色谱(HPLC)可以将多种砷形态有效分离,电感稱合等离子体质谱具有抗干扰能力强、灵敏度高和线性范围宽的特点,因此HPLC和ICP-MS联用在农产品砷形态分析中的应用越来越广泛。采用HPLC-ICPMS检测牛肉中不同形态的砷,方法的线性良好,灵敏度高,检测限较低,平均回收率81.5%~103.6%。相对标准偏差1.8%~4.5%。 In recent years, the cattle feeding is thriving. Arsenic as a kind of common feed supplement, could promote the growth of animals and the use efficiency of feeds, and arsenical could reduce the chance of the infection of bacterial, virus and pests. However, the abuse of arsenical could result in the accumulation of arsenic human body by the intake of animals. Therefore, it was necessary to establish high-efficiency and reliable detection method for arsenic. In the aspect of arsenical detection in beef, the pretreatment for GC was complex; HPLC could separate different forms of arsenic effectively, and ICP-MS had the advantages of strong anti-interference capacity, high sensitivity and wide slope. Thus HPLC-ICP-MS was increasing widely used in the detection of arsenic in farm products. HPLC-ICP-MS was used to detect different forms of arsenic in beef, and the method showed good linearity, high sensitivity, low detection limit with recovery of 81.5%-103.6% and relative standard deviation of 1.8%-4.5%.
