The Exploration of Illegal Marriage Immigration in Less Developed Areas in Zhejiang Province--A Case Study of Vietnamese Brides

浙江经济欠发达地区非法婚姻移民已经成为当地政府关注的社会问题,其中以越南新娘最为严重。随着这些越南新娘的到来,当地非婚生育情况普遍,骗婚逃婚现象频发,人身安全隐患潜伏,给社会管理带来一定的难度。通过完善签证政策,健全法律法规,加强部门合作和宣传政策法规等措施对越南新娘进行有效的治理。

The illegal marriage immigration in less developed areas in Zhejiang province especially about Vietnamese brides has become one of the important social issues concerned by local government. With the arrival of Vietnamese brides, many children were born out of wedlock fertility. The cases of marital fraud occurred frequently. The personal safety troubles were hidden. All of these have brought some difficulties to the society management. Efficient countermeasures for curbing Vietnamese brides should be settled by perfecting the visa policies, improving laws and regulations, strengthening departmenta｜ cooperation and propaganda of the policies and regulations.
