摘要
2012年6月15日,"同妻"四川大学女教师罗洪玲跳楼自杀。这一事件引发了人们对于同妻群体生存状况的讨论与关注。同妻现象具有深刻的社会原因,而我国司法环境中处理同妻问题存在法律盲点。同妻群体权益保护须从法律和社会两个方面寻求切实可行的救济方法。
On June 15, 2012, ＂Guy＇s wife＂, Luozhiling, teacher of Sichuan University leaped to her own death. The incident has sparked hot social discussion and attention for the survival conditions of the ＂Guy＇s wife＂group, which has profound social reason while Chinese judicial environment has no related legal regulation.Therefore, in order to protect of the group＇s rights and interests, the legal workers must be from two aspects of law and society to seek feasible remedies.
