信息数字化发展对高职院校档案管理工作的影响分析

Influential Analysis of the Development of Information Technology to Archives Management of Vocational Colleges

在信息化时代做好高职院校档案管理工作,档案工作人员应该积极更新工作意识,采用数字化管理系统对学生档案信息进行整理,提升学籍和各类资料的管理效率。在信息数字化档案管理活动中,工作人员应该使用数字化模块对学生信息管理、学籍管理、学生成绩管理和毕业管理信息进行综合处理。该文从信息数字化发展的趋势进行分析,提出几点有利于高职院校档案管理工作顺利开展的可行性建议。

In the information age, to do a good job of archives management in higher vocational colleges, archivists should actively update their work consciousness, sort out the student file information by digital management system, and try to improve the management efficiency of all kinds of information. In digital archives information management, the staff should use digital module to the student information management, student status management, graduate student achievement management and comprehensive management information processing. From the trend of the development of the digital information analysis, this paper provides us some beneficial and feasible proposals for archives management work in higher vocational colleges.
