GNSS导航电文通信资源利用率评估方法及实例分析

摘要 导航电文是卫星导航系统实现导航定位计算的基本数据,用户通过接收系统播发的导航电文实现定位与定时功能。导航电文通信资源利用率是导航电文重要的性能要素之一;导航电文通信资源利用率的评估方法与电文编排结构有关,对于固定帧结构的导航电文,其评估方法可直接采用一个信息周期内可用信息量与周期内信息总量之比进行计算;而对于数据块结构的导航电文,由于一个信息周期内,信息种类较多,需对不同信息种类进行分别分析计算,并根据一个信息周期内,不同信息种类的播发频度进行综合分析,获取导航电文的通信资源利用率。本文在充分分析国内外各大导航系统导航电文结构的基础上,论证给出了不同编排结构的导航电文通信资源利用率评估方法,并计算给出各大导航系统通信资源利用率。 Navigation messages are basic data for navigation and positioning calculation, which are broadcast to users to re- alize positioning and timing function. The utilization ratio of navigation message resource is an important performance element of navigation message, and the utilization ratio evaluation is related to message structure. For navigation message with fixed frames structure, the evaluation can be made by calculating the ratio of the amount of available information to the total amount of informa- tion in a cycle. For navigation message of data block structure, since there are various kinds of information in a cycle, different kinds need to be calculated respectively at first, and then the utilization ratio can be obtained after comprehensively analyzing broadcast frequencies of different kinds of information in an information cycle. Based on the analysis of navigation message struc- ture at home and abroad, the evaluation methods of utilization ratio of communication resource for navigation message are deeply studied and analyzed, and the utilization ratio of major navigation systems are calculated and presented.
