新四元化合物AlCoLaNi_3晶体结构与衍射数据分析

摘要 采用真空电弧炉在高纯氩气保护下熔制AlCoLaNi_3合金样品.用研究合金相图制备试样的方法进行高温长时间真空退火,以获得单相AlCoLaNi_3四元化合物,最后用JADE6.0软件从X射线粉末衍射数据中解析出化合物的晶体结构,数据如下:晶胞参数a=b=5.0846(2),c=4.0728(2),体积V=91.23,单胞中分子数Z=1,密度ρx=7.300g/cm^3,F(30)=121.2(0.009,30),RIR=1.12.六方晶体结构类型与CaCu_5同构,空间群为P6/mmm(191#). Alloy sample of AlCoLaNi3 was prepared by arc melting using a non--consumable tungsten elec- trode and a water--cooled copper tray under argon atmosphere. In order to obtain a single--phase of Al- CoLaNi3 quaternary compound, using the method of preparation of alloy phase diagram samples to the Al- CoLaNi3 sample and annealing in high temperature of high vacuum for a long time. Finally JADE6.0 soft- ware is used to parse out the compound crystal structure from the X--ray powder diffraction data . The data as following: cell parameters a = b = 5. 0846(2)A, c = 4. 0728(2)A, volume V = 91.2A3, Single ceil chemical formula Z=1, Density ρx= 7. 300g/cm3, F(30) = 121.2(0. 009, 30), RIR = 1.12. Hexa- gonal structure, space group P6/mmm (No. 191) with the CaCu5 structure type.
