As an industry that adapts to the development of social market economy, how to cultivate pollution-free edible fungi under the premise of ensuring high yield has become the concern of all fungus producers. In this paper, the high yield cultivation techniques of pollution-free edible fungi were analyzed and the related cultivation methods were summarized for reference.
