Application of centralized monitoring system of ribbon conveyer in modern mine

摘要 本文以A矿为例,研究了地面控制中心工业控制计算机(IPC)的功能特点、控制方式等技术的应用,阐述了矿用隔爆兼本安型带式输送机控制分站、集中控制系统的网络技术及主要功能等问题。A煤矿"主煤流自动化运输系统"通过主控系统的改造与完善,加上软启动系统及自动拉紧装置的实现,提高了带式输送机运行的可靠性。 This paper takes the A mine as an example, the technology application in functional feature and control mode of IPC was studied, and issues on ribbon conveyer control station and network technology of centralized monitoring system were expounded. Control system of network technology and the main functions and other issues. Through the transformation and improvement of master control system of the A mine " main coal flow automatic transportatioll system", the operation reliability of ribbon conveyer has been enhanced combined with the achievement of soft start system and automatic tensioning device.
