摘要
我国机械制造行业随着科学技术水平的不断提升,取得了很大的发展成就。尤其是在引进高新技术后,机械制造水平实现了跨越式的大发展,这对国民经济发展起到了非常大的促进作用。在实际的机械生产制造中,机械制造会受到多个因素的影响,进而会对机械制造质量产生影响,技术人员在机械制造过程中,应对影响机械制造的因素进行控制和管理,提高机械制造的整体质量。针对机械制造过程中的质量影响因素进行系统分析,明确质量控制的重要性,通过对钢结构下的机械设备制造质量控制策略的分析和研究,希望可以为提升我国机械制造质量提供帮助。
With the continuous improvement of scientific and technological level, machinery manutacturing industry, of China has made great achievements. The introduction of high-teeh has achieved a leap-forward development of machinery manufacturing, among which national economic development has played a very big role. Machinery manufacturing will be affected by a number of factors, which will have an impact on quality of machinery manufacturingl Technical personnel should make control and management on impact factors of mechanical manufacturing, and improve its overall quality. According to quality analysis factors in process of mechanical manufacturing, the importance of quality control is clarified. Through the analysis on quality control strategy of mechanical equipment manufacturing under steel structure, it is hoped that it can help to improve the quality of machinery manufacturing in China.
