摘要
研究了氢氧化钠熔融-氯化银比浊法测定锌氧化物中氯量。通过试验建立了碱融分解试样条件:氢氧化钠用量、熔融温度和熔融时间,优化了比浊工作条件:选择了最佳工作波长、硝酸和硝酸银加入量、悬浊液稳定时间以及共存元素干扰实验。试验表明,氯离子浓度在0~4ug/m L与浊度值有良好线性关系,样品加标回收率在96.3%~103.0%,该方法准确、可靠,为锌氧化物中氯量的测定提供了检测依据。
The determination of chlorine in zinc oxide by sodium hydroxide fusion and silver chloride turbidimetry. Through the experiment the alkali melt decomposition of sample conditions established : NaOH, melting temperature and melting time, optimize the turbidity working conditions : optimum wavelength, nitrate and silver nitrate addition, suspension stabil- ity time and coexisting element interference experiment. The test showed that the concentration of chloride ion has a good linear relationship in the range of 0 ~ 4ug/mL and the turbidity value, recovery rate was 96.3% - 103%, the method is ac- curate and reliable, provide the basis for detection for the determination of chlorine in zinc oxide.
