摘要
为研究多级水提取对造纸法再造烟叶碎烟片原料中致香成分的提取效果,采用气相色谱–质谱联用法测定了烟草原料和各级滤渣中致香成分的含量。结果表明:(1)原料和各级滤渣中各致香成分的含量和总致香成分的含量存在明显差异,总体上表现为:随着提取级数的增加,滤渣中各致香成分的含量和总致香成分的含量总量均减小。原料和滤渣中致香成分含量最高的是新植二烯,约占总致香成分含量的一半;(2)各级提取对烟草原料中总水溶性物质的提取率要远远小于各致香成分的含量和总致香成分的提取率,尤其二级和三级总水溶性物质提取率约为各类致香成分的二级和三级提取率的1/4和1/12。因此,采用多级水提取方法有利于碎烟片原料中致香成分的提取。
In order to study the extracting aromatic components from tobacco materials, we performed three-stage water ex- traction and analyzed the contents of aromatic components in the tobacco raw materials and extractive solids with the gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method. The results showed that: 1) the content of aromatic components was found varying significantly in different stages of extract. Overall, the contents of every aromatic component and the total amount of aromatic components decreased in the solids from successive stages of extraction. The highest content of aroma components in the raw materials and extractive solids was neophytadiene, which is about half of the total amount of aroma components. 2) All levels of extraction rate of water soluble compounds from tobacco materials were far less than that of in- dividual aroma component and total aromatic components, especially secondary and tertiary extraction rate of water soluble compounds were about 1/4 and 1/12 separately, of kinds of aromatic components. In conclusion, the multi-stage water ex- traction could benefit the extraction of aromatic components in the tobacco material.
