摘要 为了满足苏里格水平井压裂返排液的消泡需求,合成了聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。通过实验发现,当端烯丙基聚氧烯醚分子链中聚氧乙烯与聚氧丙烯质量比为10时,聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂的溶解时间短、消泡率高。与聚醚复配,当聚醚与改性有机硅消泡剂质量比为1.4时,消泡剂的消泡率高、抑泡时间长。在苏76-11-10H水平井压裂返排液消泡应用中,添加浓度为0.05%的消泡剂即可达到良好的消泡效果。 In order to defoam the backflow fracturing fluids of Sulige horizontal well, polyether modified silicone defoamer has been synthesized. It was found that the polyether modified silicone defoamer has a shorter dissolution time and a higher defoaming rate when the mass ratio of polyoxyethylene and polypropylene oxide in the allyl polyethylene oxide ether chain was 10.To compound with polyether, when the mass ratio of polyether and polyether modified silicone defoamer was 1.4,the defoamer has a higher defoaming rate and a longer inhibiting time. It has been implied to defoamation of Su 76-11-10H horizontal well backflow fracturing fluids. When the concentration of defoamer was 0.05 %,an excellent defoaming effect can be achieved.
