江苏省与21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线国家贸易互补性与竞争性研究

Research on Trade Competitiveness and Trade Complementarities between Jiangsu Province and the 21st Maritime Silk Road Centuries

江苏省自古与丝绸之路沿线国家之间的经贸关系密切,在"一带一路"战略下,江苏省与这些国家贸易发展将具有很好的潜力。本文采用修正的CS指数和CC指数构建评价指标,分别测算了江苏省与21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线国家的出口互补性指数、进口互补性指数及贸易竞争性指数,并分析了其中的原因。最后,从加大市场调研及开拓力度、加强技术创新提高产品竞争力、加快优势产能转移、促进贸易便利化和推进基础设施的互联互通等方面提出了江苏省加快与这一带国家经贸合作的政策建议。

Since ancient times economic and trade relation between Jiangsu and the countries along the Silk Road has been close. Considering the Belt and Road Initiative trade development between Jiangsu these countries will have great potential. In this paper, we adopted the amendatory CS index and CC index to establish the evaluation system, and we calculated and analyzed complemen- tarity index of export, complementarity index import and trade competitive index. Finally, we proposed some policy recommendations for speeding up economic and trade cooperation between Jiangsu and these countries from the aspects of extending market research and development, improving product competitiveness through more technical innovations, expediting transfer of advantage capacity, promoting trade facilitation, promoting infrastructure interconnectivity and so on.
