摘要
新乡市利德尔有限公司是2014年成立的以振动筛及其相关系列产品为主要销售对象的有限责任公司。公司成立之初,主要以内销为主外贸为辅,经过两年的运营,具备了一定的经济实力。公司决定突破传统外贸营销方式,探索创新的营销方式以扩大公司的外销市场。本文基于公司现有的外贸营销模式,论证了利德尔外贸营销创新的可行性,并提出相应的发展战略。
Xinxiang Leader Company is a foreign trade limited company. And its main product is related to oscillating screen. At the beginning of the company, it mainly developed in domestic market. After two years of working hard, the company should have the e- conomic strength. Moreover, it decided breaking through the traditional foreign trade marketing mode. In order to promote the export market of the company, it considered that to explore a novel marketing approach. This statement is based on the existing foreign trade marketing mode, proving the feasibility of Leader's machinery in marketing innovation and making strategy of developing.
