摘要
本文通过对时间与创造性绩效的关系研究的文献梳理,从累积效应角度,探讨随时间变化的个体创造性绩效发展规律,并且总结出知识、经验、教育、认知能力四个主要累积效应的调节作用。通过对以往研究的分析,指出时间与创造性绩效存在正相关关系。
