摘要
内孔焊和端面焊是管壳式换热器最常用的管板和换热管的连接方式。由于技术及焊接设备限制,目前端面焊是管壳式换热器管板-换热管连接的常用焊接方式,但内孔焊在对提高换热器寿命和可靠性方面优于端面焊设计。因此,分析了不同形式内孔焊管板焊接的实现形式及特点,介绍了目前内孔焊技术的应用和内孔焊设备的研制现状,并对内孔焊技术的应用前景进行展望。
Inner-hole welding and edge welding are popular in the soldering of the sheet-and-tube heat exchanger. Inner-hole welding can respond better to high reliability and long service life of the heat exchanger than edge welding which is prevailing at present. In this paper,the principles and characteristics of tube-sheet welding by inner-hole welding,the application of the technology and its equipments are introduced. The potential applications of the technology are pointed out.
