摘要
在我国,铝合金模板体系在超高层住宅项目中正逐步被推广使用。通过铝合金模板体系在江苏南京恒盛江旭金陵湾超高层项目中的应用实例,对比传统模板体系,分析出采用铝合金模板体系更能提高工程质量、加快建设进度、改善安全文明施工的优势。并且通过经济数据分析表明,该模板体系的投入使用可以全方位节约施工成本,创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。除此之外,归纳出铝合金模板在应用上存在的不足以及建议。
In our country, the aluminum alloy formwork system is gradually used in the high-rise residential projects. Based on its application of Jiangxu Hengsheng Jinlingwan in Nanjing Jiangsu and compared with traditional formwork system,an analysis is concluded that the aluminum alloy formwork system can improve engineering quality, accelerate the construction progress, improve safety and civilized construction. And through economic data analysis,the engineering practice shows that the template system can savety construction costs, create a good economic and social benefits. In addition, the existing problems and suggestions on the application of aluminum alloy formwork are summarized.
