关于蓄水屋面的分析与推广应用研究

Analysis and Application of Water-stored Roof

蓄水屋面是现代建筑发展的一种新兴的建筑结构形式,它不仅有良好的保温隔热性能,而且在雨水利用、美化城市环境等方面也有很好的效用。通过介绍蓄水屋面发展过程及研究应用状况,分析了蓄水屋面的优越性和不足。针对蓄水屋面存在的耗水量大、夏季夜晚热延迟降温问题,提出了相应的技术方案,给出了一种把遮挡、绿化和蒸发冷却结合起来的新型蓄水屋面漂浮盖板,为蓄水屋面发展提供一个参考。并且计算分析了蓄水屋面在雨水利用方面的效果,提出了把蓄水屋面水池与中水系统相连取代溢流管的设计思路,以充分利用雨水。

The water- stored roof is a new kind of construction in the development of contemporaryarchitecture structure, which not only offers maximum thermal insulation, but also has a good effect inrainwater utilization, beautifying urban environment and so on. This paper introduces the developmentprocess, research and application of water - stored roof, and analyzes the advantage and the insufficiencyof water- stored roof. In view of high water consumption and slow nighttime cooling, the correspondingtechnical scheme is proposed, presenting a new type of water floating roof cover plate combining shade,greening and evaporative cooling, which provides a reference for the development of the water - storedroof. The water- stored roof effect on rainwater utilization is analyzed, and the design idea of waterstorage roof tank is connected to the reclaimed water system instead of the overflow pipe to make full use ofrainwater.
