农林高校书院制度下德育载体建设研究 被引量:2

摘要 在大数据时代的今天,自媒体高度发达,多元文化思潮快速传播,给意识形态教育、价值观引领、道德培育工作带来挑战。同时,学生的自我意识发展,个性化更加突出,对以理论灌输为主导的政治和道德知识教育产生抵触心理。面对传统教育模式与被教育对象接受程度之间的矛盾,高校德育模式亟待深度改革。论文总结分析中国古代书院制度和欧美高校的书院建设经验,结合农林高校书院建设经验,提出了农林高校书院制度下德育载体建设的思路与实践途径。 In this era of big data, the we media are highly developed and the multicuhural trend is spreading rapidly, which brings forth great challenges to the ideological education, guidance of values and moral cultivation in higher education. Moreover, students' self-awareness rises and individualization becomes prominent, leading to their psychological resistance to the moral education led by theoretical indoctrination. Facing the contradiction between the traditional education mode and the acceptance level of education recipients, the moral education modes in colleges and universities should be deeply reformed. This paper summarized and analyzed the academy system in ancient China and the academy construction experience of the European and American colleges and u- niversities, took practical experience into account and built an academy moral education mode based on the idea of fostering education.
