立德树人视域下高校学生工作改革探析

On Reforming Student Affairs Management in Colleges and Universities From the Perspective of Morality Education

学生是大学存在的理由,育人是大学的根本任务,而学生工作是高校育人工作的重要组成部分,直接关系到人才培养的方向和成效。当前,学生工作面临的内外环境、工作任务、服务对象等,均发生了深刻的变化,学生工作的理念思路和方式方法理应应时而变。为更好地服务高校高素质人才培养的职能和目标,学生工作应当在坚持"育人为本、德育为先"的工作理念基础上,调整工作模式和方式方法,不断创新思路和举措,努力提高工作水平和成效。

Students justify the existence of universities, and talents cultivation is their essential task： hence the students affair management being one of the most important links of university education, crucial to the orien- tation and effectiveness of talents cultivation. At present, students affairs management is faced with profound changes under the background of new internal and external environments, duties, and service recipients. There- fore, the conceptions and strategies of students affair management should go with the times, to better adapt to the university function and goal in high-quality talents cultivation. Students affair management should be based on the talent-cultivation-centered and morality-education-priority principle, as well as on the adjustment of work- ing mode and strategies. Approaches and measures should be constantly reformed to increase the effectiveness.
