大班教学学生学习主动性的缺失与构建——高校公共基础课的教学设计改革与实践 被引量:3

摘要 大班授课的高校公共基础课学生学习积极性缺失严重、教学效果不好。针对公共基础课课程规模大、课时有限、学生学习积极性较差等几个关键问题,提出借助大班课堂优势调动学生积极性,进行教学目标,教学策略,教学考核与评估,教学反思等各教学环节的改革。实践证明所设计的教学方案具有较强的可操作性,能够激发大班学生的学习动机、增强学生学习投入,并在创新技能与态度培养方面收到了良好的效果,受到学生广泛好评。 Students are short of study motivation in university common basic courses with big class-scale, so that the teachingeffectsare not good. In view of some key problems (i.e., big class scale, limited course time, studentslack of study motivation) existing inthese courses, this paper proposed a new instruction scheme for a- rousing students" study enthusiasm by taking the advantage of the big class while avoiding its disadvantages. In the links of the inseparated sections of instructional design, educational objectives, instructional strategy, assess- ment and evaluation, and instruction reflection, reform has beendesigned and implemented. Thenew instruction scheme has been proven to be operable and practicable, for it can stimulate students" learning motivation and in- creases students learning inputs, andit has achieved good results in terms of cultivating students~ creative skills and learning attitudes, and has been widely accepted by students.
