摘要
介绍12.00R20 20PR BYD868矿山用全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 129 mm,断面宽312 mm,行驶面宽度242 mm,行驶面弧度高9.8 mm,胎圈着合直径508 mm,胎圈着合宽度230 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.042 8,花纹深度24.5 mm,花纹饱和度71.87%,花纹周节数34。施工设计:胎面采用全分层结构设计,带束层为3层带束层+2层0°带束层结构,1~#和2~#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,3~#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用0.25+(6+12)×0.225HT钢丝帘线,钢丝圈采用Φ1.65 mm高强度胎圈钢丝,采用三鼓胶囊鼓成型机成型、双模蒸锅式B型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能达到国家标准要求。
The design on 12.00R20 20PR BYD868 all steel truck and bus radial tire for mine was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 129 mm, cross- sectional width 312 mm, width of running surface 242 mm, arc height of running surface 9.8 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 508 mm, bead width at rim seat 230 mm, maximum width position of cross- section (HJH2 ) 1. 042 8, pattern depth 24.5 mm, block/total ratio 71.87%, and number of pattern pitches 34. In construction design, the following processes were taken:using fully layered structure tread, three layers of belts and two layers of 0° belts, 3 +8 × 0.33HT steel cord for 1^# and 2^# belt, 5 × 0.35HI steel cord for 3^# belt, 3 × 7 × 0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt, 0.25 + (6 + 12) × 0.225HT steel cord for carcass, Ф1.65 mm high strength bead wire steel, using three drum capsule building machine to build tire and B type steamer curing press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance and endurance performance reached the requirements of national standards.
