摘要 研究辐照预硫化技术在载重子午线轮胎内衬层生产中的应用。试验结果表明:内衬层胶片经电子束辐照预硫化后,胶料的100%定伸应力、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率变化较小;而同一厚度的胶片门尼粘度随辐照剂量的增加,先快速升高后降低,焦烧时间先快速下降后平稳;同一辐照剂量不同厚度预硫化胶料的门尼粘度和焦烧时间不同。选择合适辐照剂量生产的内衬层半成品用于12R22.5载重子午线轮胎,对轮胎肩部断面胶料分析发现,预硫化面流动性和层间渗透减弱,且轮胎的耐久性能和均匀性有所提高。 The application of electron beam ( EB ) radiation pre-vulcanization in the production of truck and bus radial tire transitional layer was investigated. The experiment results showed that, when the transitional layer was pre-cured by EB radiation, the modulus at 100% elongation, tensile strength and elongation at break of the compound had little change. For the same thickness sample, with increasing of radiation dose,the Mooney viscosity increased fast at first, then slightly decreased, and the scorch time was shortened quickly to a stable value. With the same radiation dose, the samples with different thickness had a different Mooney viscosity and scorch time. It was found by the analysis of the compounds on shoulder section that, with suitable radiation dose for the transitional layer of 12R22.5 truck and bus radial tire, the pre-vulcanization layer had lower flowability and permeability, and the endurance performance and uniformity of the finished tire were improved.
