中国共产党之所以主持筹建"左联",宣传方面的考量自然居于重要地位。长期以来,"左联"常被视作统一战线政策的结果,或标志着左翼进步力量的大结合,但"左联"承担的宣传任务表明,"左联"筹建主要目的并非为了联合其他左翼力量,而是批判处于其他革命谱系中的左翼思潮。

The Communist Party of China presided over the construction of the Chinese Left-wing Writers Union. So, thepropagandis tconsideration naturally played an important role in the construction. For a long time, the Chinese Left-wing WritersUnion is often regarded as the resuh of the united front policy, or marks the combination of the progressive forces of the left. Butthe propagandist mission of the Chinese Left-wing Writers Union indicates that the construction is not for the joining of the otherleft. On the contrary, the main purpose of the construction is to criticize the left-wing thoughts in the other revolutionarygenealogy.
