后G20时代宁波会展业提升路径研究——基于专项资金资助视角

The Development of MICE Industry in Ningbo in Post-G20 Era——From the Perspective of Special Fund Aid

文章以展览业专项资金资助为切入点,用比较分析法分析了其他城市会展业资助政策的异同及会展业发展的侧重,结合现有政策和宁波"十二五"会展业发展大数据,提出后G20时代宁波会展业提升路径:夯实展览业产业龙头主体地位;提升展览业能级;鼓励发展特色节庆,多渠道完善赛事经济,凝聚发展合力;细化、深化相关政策法规。

MICE industry is an important constituent of modern service industry. G20 summit displays soft strength of the host city and builds a platform for the world economy communication. It is also a beautiful business card of Hangzhou to the world, the profits from which extend to the neighboring areas. Ningbo, a city for regional international conference and exhibition, is embracing this industry＇ s upgrading. Using comparative analysis method, the paper start from the point of special fund aid for exhibition industry, thispapermakes a comparison and contrast of policies concerned aids of exhibition industry in different cities and emphasis of its development. By analyzing current policies and big data relating to development of conference and exhibition industry in Ningbo＇ s Twelfth Five-year period, this paper puts forward some methods on how to develop conference and exhibition industry in Ningbo in post-G20 era： The principal position of industry leading cement exhibition organizers; Improve exhibition organizers level; Encourage the development of special festivals, multi-channel perfect competition economy, agglomeration development together; Refinement, deepen the relevant policies and regulations.
