摘要
通过对古贤、东庄水库方式分析及防洪作用基础上提出两座水库联合调度初步运用方案,并对该方案对潼关高程与渭河下游的影响进行分析,结果表明:两库在确定联合调度方案运用时,必将加快潼关高程稳定下降的进程,潼关高程能够下降2 m左右并保持稳定,渭南、华县的水位因此将降低约1.3 m、1.5 m左右;河道纵剖面的调整,会有利于渭河下游平槽过洪能力的恢复增大,渭河下游稳定3000 m^3/s平槽流量可能会提前出现并有所突破,将改善河槽的行洪输沙条件;水沙和河道条件的改善,会明显有利于汇流区和渭河口的河势稳定;古贤水库、东庄水库联合调度对潼关高程控制与渭河下游减淤治理具有重要的作用。
Based on analysis of Guxian and Dongzhuang reservoirs and their function of flood-proof, the paper puts forward the preliminary application plan of the two reservoirs, and analyzes the influence of the scheme on the Tongguan elevation and the lower reaches of the Weihe River. The results show that the two reservoirs is at the course of utilization and will accelerate the process of steady decline in Tongguan elevation. Tongguan elevation can be reduced about 2m and remained stable, the water level in Weinan, Huaxian will be reduced by about 1.3 or 1.Sm; the channel longitudinal profile adjustment will be conducive to the lower Weihe. The recovery of the flooding capacity of the flat slot increases, and the stabilization of the 3000m3 / s flat slot in the lower reaches of the Weihe River may occur ahead of time and breakthrough. It wilt improve the flood discharge conditions of the river channel. The improvement of the water and sand and river conditions will obviously benefit the combination of the ancient reservoir. Dongzhuang reservoir has an important effect on the control of Tongguan elevation and the siltation control in the lower reaches of the Weihe River.
