引汉济渭二期工程受水区范围合理性分析

Reasonability Analysis on the Water-receiving Area Scope for the 2nd Project of Han Ji-Wei works cited

合理的受水区范围选择对受水区水资源优化配置十分重要。陕西省引汉济渭调水工程初步设计批复后,二期工程(输配水工程)就成为项目建设的关键,分析关中地区社会经济发展需求、受水对象、水资源短缺程度及已有工程建设情况,遵循经济技术合理性原则、近远期结合、统一优化配置原则,提出调整原初设阶段批复受水区范围,对新的受水区范围进行分析,认为调整后受水区范围是合理的,能最大程度发挥引汉济渭工程效益。

The selection of the reasonable water area is very important for optimal allocation of water resources in the water-receiving area. After the preliminary design approval of Han Ji-Wei works cited in Shaanxi Province, the second phase of the project （the water transmission and distribution works） has become the key for the its construction. The article is based on analysis of the socio-economic development demand, the water-receiving objects, the shortage of water resources and the existing projects construction condition in Guanzhong area, follows the rationality principle of economic and technology, the current-future combination, the unified and optimized allocation principle, it proposed to adjust the original range approved in the water area at the beginning. And it analyzed the scope of the new water area and thank of the water area scope reasonable after reconfiguration and can develop the project benefit at most extent.
