摘要
深圳市供水网络盐田支线工程输水隧洞爆破施工采用传统钻孔爆破法,爆破开挖过程对周边永久建筑物和靠近主隧洞口的支护和承重灌注桩产生影响。采用爆破振动记录仪对周边建筑物及灌注桩施工部位进行爆破监测,获得有效爆破震动数据。对监测数据进行分析,提出在爆破过程中通过采取短进尺、弱爆破和用钢板封堵隧洞口等工程措施,根据隧洞爆破距离、爆破药量和爆破振动速度关系,确定灌注桩施工不受隧洞爆破震动影响的最小进尺距离为80 cm,单次装药量不大于80 kg,满足规范要求。
The article is based on utilization of the traditional explosion method of the drilling and blasting under Water Conveying Tunnel Blasting Construction in Yantian Branch Line of Shenzhen Water Supply Network. The blasting excavation process has influence on surrounding permanent buildings and supports near the main tunnel entrance and loaded filling piles. The blasting vibration recorder was used to monitor the surrounding structures and the construction parts of the pile and got the effective blasting vibration data. According to the relationship among the tunnel blasting distance, the blasting dose and the blasting vibration velocity, then it determined the shortest distance is 80cm, the explosive payload once is not beyond 80kg and meet requirement of the specification.
