摘要
总氮是评价湖泊和水库富营养化的重要指标之一,测定总氮含量对监测和评价水质污染状况均具有重要意义。采用紫外在线消解-气相分子吸收光谱法测定水中总氮进行研究,与其他两种国标方法进行准确度、精密度、标准曲线、实际样品和标准样品的测定结果进行比对,结果表明,该方法准确度高,节约时间,可实现在较低温度和常压条件下对水质中总氮快速、安全和稳定的自动化批量分析,获得更好的测定效果。
Total nitrogen is one of the important indexes to evaluate the eutrophication of lakes and reservoirs. The determination of total nitrogen content is of great significance to monitor and evaluate water pollution. The results showed that the method was applied to the determination of total nitrogen in water by UV-digestion-gas phase absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the method was accurate, standard curve, actual sample and standard sample. High-accuracy, time-saved can be achieved at low temperature and atmospheric pressure on the total nitrogen in the water fast, safe and stable automated batch analysis, which obtain better measurement results.
