立井罐笼电动罐帘门的设计

Design of Shaft Cage Electric Tank Curtain Door

就电动罐帘门系统构成及主要功能、设计要点和动作流程等进行了论述。针对煤矿副立井罐笼提升过程中工人开关罐帘门劳动强度大、自动化程度低、安全可靠性差等问题,设计研发了一套电动罐门帘,不仅实现了罐帘门自动打开和关闭,很好解决了以上问题。

The electric tank curtain door system structure and main function, design points and operation process are discussed in this paper, aiming at the coal mine .auxiliary shaft cage hoisting process, workers switch tank curtain door high labor intensity, low degree of automation, poor safety and reliability problems, design a set of electric tank curtain, not only of the tank the curtain doors open and close automatically, puts forward a good solution to the above problems.
