摘要
基于阳泉煤业五矿采煤机使用现状,以上海创立MG300/700-QWD采煤机为例,分析了采煤机的维修方式和保养注意事项,包括采煤机截割部、采煤机滚筒、行走部和液压系统,同时指出了变频器的维护保养与注意事项。只有做好采煤机的维护保养,才能减少采煤机故障率,提高采煤机的生产效率。
Based on the status of Yangquan coal mining machine, taking an example of MG300/700-QWD mining machine, this paper analyzes the maintenance of the shearer precautions, including shearer, shearer drum, walking part and hydraulic system, and points out the maintenance and precautions of inverter. Only do the maintenance of the coal mining machine can reduce the failure of coal mining machine rate, improve the productive efficiency of shearer.
