This paper introduces the structure and function of 2230 rolling mill with middle acid wedge adjusting device, and the roll change after wedge lifting phenomenon, through analyzing the stress of the inclined wedge block combined with the automatic stepless adjustment device to find out the root of the problem, put out a rapid method for fault. It has great reference significance for similar equipment maintenance.
