摘要
对空压机运行中存在的问题进行了简单分析,总结了传统的改造方式,在此基础上,研究了空压机智能节能改造的关键技术,包括电机启动方式、止回阀、放气阀、压力表、电流变送器等基本改造,同时对PLC接线、电机交替工作程序、电机起动间隔时间保护程序、抗干扰等进行了分析。
The existing problems in the operation of air compressor is analyzed, as well as the transformation of the traditional way, on this basis, the key technology of the intelligent energy-saving air compressor, including the way of motor starting, check valve, valve, pressure gauge, current transmitter and other basic changes, at the same time on the PLC connection, alternating motor working procedures, motor starting time saver, anti-jamming and so on are analyzed.
